Jake Herbert just got done placing 2nd at the World Championships in Denmark.

In November 2008, he did a folkstyle wrestling clinic (what the US A does on the junior high, high school and collegiate level).

What he does now is Freestyle wrestling.

Healthy Recipes

So we had some discussions on facebook (http://www.facebook.com/wrestlinggear) about healthier eating ideas. So I figured let’s create a blog post and let everyone post a comment preferably with a good recipe to help wrestlers make it through the season. I will try to get my friends recipe for Oatmeal Cookies (it might have been right off the box), but I remember those things tasted amazing!
