Are Wrestling Fans Doing Enough For College Wrestling
I must admit I am wondering if my children will have the opportunity to wrestle in college. What the heck is going on in college wrestling? Programs are being cancelled faster then they can be added. Alumni and local fans are not supporting their teams as much as is needed (otherwise I am thinking there is no way these teams would be shut down).
Just wondering how many college programs are in your area? Maybe make it a point to go to a couple dual meets and buy some food and maybe some merchandise to help your local program. Better yet, put together a group of wrestling fans and bring them to a college meet.
I have been to several college dual meets and they can use your support. Create a home field advantage for your local college club...Also, it may be too late to make it to Vegas next week, but seriously consider going to the World Team Trials. Our future Olympians also need your help...
