Why do you only ship to an authorized shipping address? I want to give this as a gift.
This policy is to protect your credit card information. We feel that if you are placing an order, we should be able to verify your information. We match your billing information and if it does not match, we must verify it prior to shipping your order. If we did not have this policy our prices would be higher.
Why don't you offer more youth wrestling shoes?
We offer every youth wrestling shoe that is available from Asics, Adidas, and Matman. The only other major shoe I know about that we do not carry is Nike. I estimate the shoes we do carry represent 90 to 95% of the youth wrestling shoes market. There simply are not a lot of youth shoes available.
Why don't you offer more t-shirts?
We recently added 3 more t-shirts to our website. They include "Priceless," "Top 10 Reasons," and "Bruises - Loses." If there are other products you would like added, let us know.
Why are your DVD's and VHS tapes so expensive?
Keep in mind these wrestling DVD's and VHS are not selling millions of copies world wide. All of the DVD's and Tapes are professionally edited and that is expensive. Many of these wrestlers use the money to compete so we encourage you to support your favorite wrestler by learning from these top wrestlers.
Why are some of your tapes 30 or 40 mintues? Other tapes are 2 hours long and similar cost?
I know I already said this above, but our tapes are edited so in 30 to 40 minutes you will find similar content to a tape where the instructor simply turned on a video camera for two hours. We do not carry those types of tapes, and feel the content in our edited tapes is better then the unedited tapes.
Why is shipping so high?
Our website is integrated with UPS. The shipping costs are based on several factors. The most important one is whether you live in a remote rural location or near a large city. UPS surcharges for a rural remote location so that cost is in your shipping costs. Also, the poundage of the package is important and there are minimums. For example, it costs us the same wheter we are shipping a head gear that costs $30 or a pair of shoes that is $130.
We do not charge by the value of your order. We don't think it is fair for people that spend more money with us to pay more then a customer that purchases a head gear from us. Each customer pays for the shipping and handling that is appropriate for his or her order. I have seen orders for head gear that's shipping and handling is $10 and I have seen orders for $200 that's shipping and handling is $10. It just depends on how much your package weighs and if you live in a rural location. We feel our shipping option is fair to all our customers.
