Group and individual instruction from Ryan Bertin, Pat Cummins, and other National and World Level Wrestlers including Bill Scherr, former World Champion, Olympic Silver Medalist and Coach of the 2005 Women’s FS World Team.
Technical instruction on takedowns, escapes, riding, turning and pinning combinations
